Durée de location : En cas de livraison le premier jour de location correspond au jour de réception du matériel par le locataire si la livraison intervient avant 12h00. Si la livraison intervient après 12h00, le premier jour de location est comptabilisé à partir du jour suivant. L’heure de réception prise en compte est celle indiquée par le suivi du transporteur ou celle du retrait du matériel. Rental period: For delivery, the first day of the rental period is the day the renter receives the equipment, provided the delivery occurs before 12:00 PM. If delivery occurs after 12:00 PM, the first day of the rental period begins the following day. The time of receipt used for calculation is the time indicated by the carrier’s tracking information or the time the equipment is picked up.

Retour du matériel : Le matériel doit être expédié ou remis à notre atelier partenaire au plus tard le dernier jour de location. La date de dépôt du colis auprès du transporteur ou la remise du matériel à l’atelier fait foi pour déterminer la fin de la location. Le matériel doit être renvoyé dans le carton d’origine utilisé pour l’envoi (merci de le conserver pendant toute la durée de la location). Si l’option « Envoi à domicile et renvoi suite à la location » a été choisie, le bon de transport retour fourni devra être utilisé. Returning the equipment: The equipment must be shipped or dropped off at our partner location no later than the last day of the rental period. The date the package is handed over to the carrier or the equipment is delivered to the partner location serves as proof to determine the end of the rental period. The equipment must be returned in the original box used for shipping (please keep it for the entire duration of the rental). If the “Home Delivery and Return After Rental” option was selected, the provided return shipping label must be used.

Inspection du matériel et caution : La caution est restituée par virement après inspection du matériel par notre atelier de révision partenaire, sous réserve de restitution du matériel complet et dans un état conforme à celui constaté lors de sa mise à disposition, conformément aux conditions générales de location disponibles en bas de page du site. Equipment Inspection and Deposit: The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer after the equipment has been inspected by our partner service center, provided that the equipment is returned complete and in the same condition as when it was provided, in accordance with the general rental terms and conditions available at the bottom of the website.

Retard de retour : Tout dépassement de la durée de location pourra entraîner la facturation de journées supplémentaires selon les tarifs en vigueur. Late Return: Any return of equipment after the rental period has ended may result in additional days being charged at the rental rates.

Conditions d’utilisation du matériel
Conditions météo : La location de matériel ne garantit pas la possibilité de voler. Les conditions météorologiques, l’aérologie, la fermeture des sites ou toute autre contrainte liée à la pratique du parapente ne peuvent donner lieu à aucun remboursement, report ou prolongation de la durée de location.

Equipment Usage Conditions
Weather Conditions: Renting equipment does not guarantee the ability to fly. Weather conditions, wind conditions, site closures, or any other constraints related to paragliding shall not give rise to any refund, postponement, or extension of the rental period.

Utilisations interdites : L’utilisation du matériel loué dans du sable (dune), lors de gonflage sur terrain abrasif, ainsi que le dernier vol d’un stage SIV (avec ouverture du parachute de secours) sont strictement interdits. Les voyages hors de France sont également interdits sans accord préalable de Locawing. Prohibited Usage : The use of rented equipment in sand (dunes), during inflation on abrasive terrain, as well as the final flight of an SIV course (involving the deployment of the reserve parachute) are strictly prohibited. Travel outside of France is also prohibited without prior approval from Locawing.

Entretien du matériel loué :  Le matériel doit toujours être rangé sec. En cas de petite tache, celle-ci devra être nettoyée à l’eau savonneuse puis séchée naturellement. Le matériel ne doit jamais rester exposé au soleil au décollage ou à l’atterrissage, ni être laissé dans une voiture exposée au soleil. Maintenance of rented equipment: The equipment must always be stored dry. In the event of a small stain, it must be cleaned with soapy water and then air-dried. The equipment must never be left exposed to the sun at takeoff or landing, nor left in a car exposed to the sun.

Responsabilité du pilote : Le locataire déclare être titulaire des compétences nécessaires à la pratique du parapente et utiliser le matériel sous sa seule responsabilité. Il lui appartient notamment de : Pilot’s Responsibility: The renter declares that they possess the necessary skills to practice paragliding and will use the equipment under their sole responsibility. In particular, it is their responsibility to:

• vérifier que le matériel loué est adapté à son niveau et à sa pratique, verify that the rented equipment is suitable for their skill level and practice,
• respecter les préconisations du constructeur et les homologations du matériel, comply with the manufacturer’s recommendations and the equipment’s certifications,
• voler dans des conditions adaptées à son expérience et aux conditions météorologiques et jamais au delà 40km/h de vent . Fly under conditions appropriate to your experience and the weather conditions (never above 40km/h wind).

Locawing ne pourra être tenu responsable des incidents, accidents ou dommages résultant de l’utilisation du matériel loué. Locawing shall not be held liable for any incidents, accidents, or damage resulting from the use of the rented equipment.

Utilisation personnelle : Le matériel loué est destiné à l’usage exclusif du locataire et ne peut être prêté, sous-loué ou confié à un tiers sans l’accord préalable de Locawing. Personal Use: The rented equipment is intended for the exclusive use of the renter and may not be lent, sublet, or entrusted to a third party without Locawing’s prior consent.

Incident ou choc : En cas d’incident de vol, choc, immersion, fermeture majeure ou tout événement susceptible d’avoir affecté l’intégrité du matériel, le locataire doit cesser immédiatement l’utilisation du matériel et en informer Locawing. Un contrôle technique par notre atelier partenaire pourra être exigé avant toute nouvelle utilisation. Les frais éventuels liés à ce contrôle ou aux réparations nécessaires pourront être facturés au locataire conformément aux conditions générales de location. Incident or Impact: In the event of a flight incident, impact, submersion, major malfunction, or any event that may have compromised the integrity of the equipment, the renter must immediately cease using the equipment and notify Locawing. A technical inspection by our partner workshop may be required before any further use. Any costs associated with this inspection or necessary repairs may be billed to the renter in accordance with the general rental terms and conditions.
